1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using OmenMe, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

OmenMe provides AI-generated astrological content including natal chart calculations, daily horoscopes, Oracle chat, compatibility readings, and related features. The service is available in free and premium tiers.

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

OmenMe is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

Astrological readings, predictions, and interpretations provided by OmenMe — whether generated by algorithms or AI — are not substitutes for professional advice. Do not rely on OmenMe for medical, financial, legal, or psychological decisions. We make no claims about the accuracy or predictive validity of astrological content.

4. Account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use OmenMe.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. Do not share your account.
  • You must provide accurate birth data for chart calculations to function correctly.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • OmenMe PRO is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • You can cancel at any time from your profile or via Stripe's customer portal. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • One-time purchases (Deep Reading, Year Ahead, Compatibility Report) are non-refundable once the content has been generated.
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Oracle chat for harmful, abusive, or illegal purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service.
  • Misrepresent OmenMe content as professional advice to others.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits.

7. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated content (readings, interpretations, articles) is owned by OmenMe. You may share your personal readings on social media with attribution. You may not republish OmenMe content commercially.

8. AI & Data

OmenMe uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized content. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. We continuously improve our AI systems but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy.

Your chart data (planetary positions, not your identity) is processed by AI services to generate readings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Limitation of Liability

OmenMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on astrological content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of OmenMe after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
